Katy Niles

Hello! I'm Katy from Clemson University. I am a junior majoring in Secondary Education-English. I'm not sure what I want to be when I grow up. I don't think teaching will be a life time job for me. I'd love to do something with horses and teens, possibly a ranch for troubled teens. Who knows! I'm probably going to go to grad school for a year though and get a Masters for teaching middle school. Aside from academics, I enjoy riding for the Clemson Equestrian Team (CUET), training horses at the horse farm, Cru bible studies, and hiking or camping when possible!

I grew up in Macungie, PA and studied Computer Science at Penn State. I worked as a CCC staff member for 6 years, and now am working as an Application Developer for JPMorganChase. I have a wife, two boys, and a beagle. I enjoy creatively using the latest technology and am known as the "resident computer geek" for my inate ability to get tangled up in cables and make technology do interesting things.
