StorySpot Guide
Who We Are
StorySpot.com is a ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ, a non-denominational movement for college students in the United States. This site is developed and overseen by the Innovation Center for Technology, a team of technologists and designers that works to develop internet-based ministry tools like StorySpot.com. Campus Crusade for Christ International, our parent organization, is comprised of over 26,000 staff in 190 different countries serving in nearly 70 different specialized ministries that reach well beyond the college campus.
As a campus-orientated ministry, our primary desire for StorySpot is to see young people discover a personal relationship with God through Christ. Yet we invite Christians of all ages to participate in the site by sharing their stories and joining communities. Our ultimate desire is to see the world reached with Christ's message, and we hope StorySpot can have a role in that process.
History and Future
StorySpot.com was originally developed by Campus Crusade staff and volunteers serving in the southeast region of the United States. In 2005, the site was given over to the national campus ministry and redeveloped. The current version of the site was launched in December 2005.
The work that is StorySpot.com is ongoing. As the site grows, we are committed to a process of ongoing development to add new features to the site that will further its purpose.
